On general listings, ViaResorts collects a 10% deposit from the guest to start the reservation, and you collect the balance directly using your preferred payment method. If your payment processor is connected and the guest books with dates, the guest can pay you the full amount at checkout and we charge our 10% commission to the payment method you keep on file with us.
For balance payments we currently support Stripe, PayPal, Wise links, bank transfer and payment at the property.
