Phuket International Airport is approximately 45km from the resort — around 45 to 60 minutes by road depending on traffic. The resort offers a shuttle service; contact the property directly to arrange your transfer.

The beach is a short downhill walk from the resort — around 5 to 10 minutes on foot. Kata Noi Beach, a quieter bay just south, is similarly close.

Kata is one of Phuket's most popular beaches without being one of its most overcrowded. The bay holds a reliable swell through the wetter months, making it a draw for surfers and paddleboarders, while the calmer northern end suits swimming and snorkelling. The surrounding streets have a relaxed mix of local restaurants, beach bars, and independent shops — more laid-back than Patong, with enough going on to fill an evening easily.

There are some dining options nearby, though due to the resort's hillside location most restaurants, cafés, and bars in Kata are more easily reached by short drive or shuttle rather than on foot. The resort's own Lecoco Restaurant and Romsai Bar cover breakfast through to late evening, so there's rarely a need to venture far.

The resort has a cascading two-tier swimming pool at its centre, with a quieter upper-level pool and a vitality pool between the two levels — all open from 8am to 8pm with sun loungers and poolside bar service from Romsai Bar. Flow Spa offers a full treatment menu in private rooms, and the Fitness Cove gym is open from 6am to 10pm at no charge for in-house guests. Free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, 24-hour front desk, room service, concierge, and a tour desk are all available throughout the property.

There are two dining outlets on-site. Lecoco Bar & Restaurant is the main restaurant, serving Thai classics and international dishes from an early breakfast at 6:40am through to 11pm daily. Romsai Bar is a poolside terrace bar shaded by a Sai Tree, serving cocktails and light bites from 10am to 7pm — with drinks available directly to your sun lounger.

The resort doesn't have a dedicated kids' club or children's pool, but the property is family-friendly and children are welcome. This package accommodates up to one child per room — under-2s stay free using existing beds, and children aged 2–11 are charged 1,000 THB per night, which includes an extra bed and daily breakfast.
