Hotel Promotion Terms & Conditions:

    • The special rate indicated is based on twin share/two travellers and two children 12 years and under. Stays are not available for single guests for this promotional offer.
    • To qualify for the discounted promotional rate, a couple (and their children ) must occupy the room and meet the advertised resort terms below.
    • Maximum 4 guests inc. one infant per room (couple plus max 2 children 12 years of age or younger) Accommodation provided is a studio (couples) and a family apartment (families)
    • Children 13 years and older are $200 (approx) per stay extra, payable to the resort, subject to availability. Room upgrade may be required depending on the selected dates
    • One promotional stay of 7 nights per family. Cannot be used end-to-end or to extend stays. (you may request and book additional nights at discounted online rates by request)
    • All requested dates are subject to availability check-in dates run Saturday to Saturday.
    • Please note, if your selected dates are unavailable the reservation team reserve the right to transfer your stay to a nearby affiliated resort of the same quality.

  • UPDATE July 12: Please note, the resort is fully booked December 15- Jan 6, 2024, and family rooms are fully booked all of January 2024. There is limited availability for couples in January 2024 only.
  • Resort Credits: Resort Credits: COUPLES checking in from 21 October 2023 to 20 April 2024 will receive 100 Euros (approx $200 AUD). Guests checking in from 21 April 2024 to 18 October 2024 will receive 154.30 Euros (approx $250 AUD) to use for food, spa, and bar.
  • Please do not pay for flights until you have a confirmed booking for your selected dates with the resort (in writing)
  • Not suitable for large groups planning to travel at the same time due to availability. Maximum two couples (couple plus children) can travel at the same time staying in separate rooms. Please note, stays are subject to availability and dates for dual bookings cannot be guaranteed.
  • A cancellation fee of $50 per room/booking will apply for bookings made that do meet the conditions of the promotional stay (such as large group bookings, single guest bookings)
  • Upgrades are available by request and subject to availability. Upgrades are issued at the discretion of the resort from $700 per stay (retail rate less 10-30%).
  • Additional nights can be booked at discounted online rates, subject to availability.
  • Purchasers have 12 months to activate the offer from the time of purchase, however, it may be extended under certain circumstances.
  • Bookings can only be made 12 months in advance with the resort
  • All stays are subject to availability. Extension available subject to availability and additional nightly rate.
  • Your e-voucher is not valid with other promotions (unless otherwise indicated), is valid for 2 years and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Group travel is limited to a maximum of two couples or families travelling simultaneously, subject to availability, and each party meets the qualifying terms below.
  • Please do not book multiple packages for extra guests or children as this is not permitted under promotional or resort conditions.

Qualifying Criteria:

  • Couples married or co-habituating for two or more years, travelling together. Both members of a couple must be a minimum of 30 years of age prior to check-in and no more than 69 years of age prior to check-out.
  • Unfortunately this offer is not available to singles or groups with more than two families travelling together due to room configuration and availability constraints.
  • Guests must dedicate at least 90 minutes of their stay to participate in an informative presentation on the benefits of vacationing with the Absolute World Group. Your combined annual income must be superior to $65,000 AUD/NZD/ or 40,000 Euros, £35,000 Disqualifying Criteria

  • Promotional weeks cannot be used for Honeymoon purposes.
  • This offer is not available to anybody participating in a similar promotion organised or sponsored by the Absolute World Group or anybody employed or associated with the vacation ownership industry either past or present.
    • This offer is not open to existing Absolute World Group owners or members.
    • Please Note: Promotional holiday rates offer are limited to maximum of 7 nights (consecutive stay) .
    • Extra nights may be available upon request and at subsidised rates. All requested dates are subject to availability and all check-in dates go strictly from Saturday to Saturday.
    • There is a €29 charge for change of dates once a reservation has been confirmed.
    • Please notify the resort of your flight details before check in to ensure pick up at the airport (6-8 weeks is preferable where possible)
    • Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions will result in you being charged the full advertised rack rate for your accommodation during your stay .

Terms and Conditions


  1.   This website is operated by ViaResort, Inc (USA) & Galactic Media Services Pty Ltd ACN 125728627 Trading as ViaResorts. References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean ViaResorts.
  2.   These terms and conditions apply to purchases you make with us (via the website and directly with advertisers).
  3.   Via Resorts advertise Vacation Deals for selected Resorts and while all care is taken to ensure the accuracy of the advertisers we make no warranty as to the advertised product, service or offer other than as described by the advertiser. Please take care in reading their advertisements, descriptions and conditions before making a purchase.

Service Fees:

  1. ViaResorts charges a service fee for providing a booking desk service. The amounts advertised represent the service fee for providing bookings for the advertised resort. Any other amount payable is to be made directly to the resort or hotel as advertised (and for upgrades or other services negotiated with the advertising resort)
  2. The service provided is not a holding deposit for the advertised property and the service rendered is taking and securing a booking into the resort or hotel reservation system. ( "a fee for service")
  3. Via Resorts then issues an electronic confirmation voucher for each such service to present to the advertised property to complete the final reservation and any payment with the advertised property.
  4. The terms of services ( booking periods, use for the length of stay, and so forth) are dictated by the property advertised terms which are transmitted in the electronic confirmation voucher.
  5. The voucher is a deposit for the advertised stay and entitles the holder to accommodation as per the terms and conditions of the resort, and is subject to availability when selecting dates.
  6. Your voucher will be valid for the length of the redemption of the travel period advertised and if not redeemed before or by that date, shall be considered cancelled with the property, unless extended at their discretion.
  7. While the service fee is considered for services rendered (the securing and handling of your booking ) Via Resorts may also offer a credit equivalent in some cases, which can only be used with ViaResots.
  8.   Via Resorts reserve the right to waive fees.
  9. You can create a free member area within the site without purchasing a holiday.



  1.   Payments are handled by Stripe (or other secure payment processing systems) accepting most major credit cards. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
  2.  Payments will be processed and appear on your statements as VIARESORTS.
  3.   ViaResorts handle some (part or pre) payments for advertisers and reserve the right to issue refunds or cancel booking payments as per the terms and conditions stated here, or as required by law.
  4.   In some cases, further payment may be required by the resort (such as upgrades, fees, taxes, extensions, or extra guests) in which case the resort handles those payments, and you will be subject to their payment terms and banking conditions separately to Via Resorts, usually at the time of confirmed booking.
  5.   Charges are advertised in the currency nominated by the advertiser and may be subject to conversion to your local currency and therefore subject to plus or minus variations from the exact price advertised.
  6.   Your bank may choose to charge fees for transactions. Via Resorts include credit card and payment fees in the total price and do not charge additional fees.
  7.   Taxes are included where indicated in the total rate.


Cancellation, Credit and Refunds (of booking service deposits)

  1.   Please select vacations carefully and read the terms and conditions of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the terms and conditions of the advertised resort and for the promotion/vacation.
  2.  Ordinarily, we cannot refund a booking because you change your mind, or have not met the terms stated and agreed to during the purchase & booking process unless required to do so by law:
    1. You may cancel without penalty and receive a full refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
    2. Once a voucher is entered into the booking system in your name (25 hours or more post-purchase) a $50 cancellation fee applies (recovering bank & processing fees).
    3. Cancellation of submitted reservations either by the guest or the property as a result of the guest not meeting the advertised and subsequently agreed terms will incur an admin fee of $50 per guest
    4. Confirmed & finalised reservations approved by the property are non-refundable (by ViaResorts) where a guest does not redeem the stay for any reason, such as not replying or actioning a property confirmation email/call/SMS, not checking in, or other guest-activated cancellations. (Additional payments to the property are subject to their separate advertised terms and may differ from ViaResorts fee terms)
    5. A credit for later use can be issued by request in the aforementioned cases.
    6. Reservations cancelled for reasons outside of guest or property control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, and border closures will be credited for later use or rescheduled at no cost. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover contingencies such as flight disruptions)Please lodge a ticket in your member area for credit or refund requests.
    7. We may offer a credit for the same value to be used at the site for part or full payment of another stay at our discretion.
    8. Cancellation fees are in the currency charged.
  3. Bank Disputes. Please be aware that in the event of a bank dispute over a payment, we reserve the right to reclaim charges levied by the bank/merchant in a separate invoice, and consider the service provided should the dispute settle in our favour. For the avoidance of doubt, this means we will no longer issue a refund of the remaining monies or confirm pending bookings related to that payment. Please contact us for refund or cancellation inquiries to avoid delays or additional costs.


 Reservation System

  1.   ViaResorts do not process final confirmations of stays. All reservations are handled directly by the advertiser/resort. We provide a booking system as a service between yourself (the guest) and the advertiser (the property)

 RESORT BOOKING CANCELLATION AND CHANGE FEES (of confirmed reservations with the property)

  1.   Cancellation and change fees are likely to be incurred with the advertiser/resort on any confirmed reservations or bookings you have already made with the resort.
  2.   ViaResorts cannot determine those fees as the final confirmed booking relationship is between you and the advertiser.
  3.   These fees are determined by the advertiser and may be indicated in the conditions advertised or on their websites.
  4.   We provide customer service to assist with any disputes between you and the advertiser. You can contact customer service by lodging a ticket in your member area.


  1.  You should never book or pay for a flight until you have a confirmation in writing that your stay is finalised from the advertiser (resort)
  2. ViaResorts and the Advertiser accept no responsibility for the costs of flights or subsequent losses where a flight is paid for prior to a confirmation being issued in writing to you.
  3. Similarly, neither party accepts responsibility for the costs of the cancellation of flights should a stay be cancelled by the resort due to other circumstances (such as a change in your qualifications or overbooking by the resort, or natural disaster)
  4. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
  5.   It is important that you check all of your documentation for your proposed travel to ensure it meets your requirements and to ensure there have been no misunderstandings before you travel or make a booking with the resort.
  6. Any additional payments such as inflight meals and excess baggage, taxes, transfers and so forth are solely the responsibility of you, the traveller.


  • Notice to UK customers. ViaResorts is not a travel agency and acts as a promotional or referral agent directly for the resort or hotel, or as an affiliate via links, widgets and white labelling giving you access to a wide range of cheap flights, hotels and transfer suppliers, saving you money. Payments and deposits are paid directly to the property at the time of booking securing your stay for peace of mind, and in the case of insolvency by us, your bookings remain valid with the promoted resorts. ATOL is related to flights or flight and land packages that ViaResorts do not sell directly. Bookings made via our affiliate systems such as Cheapflights, Skyscanner, Expedia offer ATOL and insurance coverage for flights and flight/land bookings. You should consider travel insurance for your vacations which includes separate and distinct coverage of losses from the cancellation of flights, hotel closures, sickness, pandemic, natural disasters and other unforeseen circumstances that may result in the cancellation of the booking by yourself or other parties travel INSURANCE
  1.   We recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy at the time you pay for your travel. You should ensure that such insurance will protect you (and your travel party) against booking cancellations, flight cancellations and changes and medical expenses arising from sickness or injury during your travel and protect you against loss or damage to your belongings.
  2.   Via Resort and the Advertiser accept no responsibility for costs and losses arising from travel and use of these services.




  1.   Via Resorts do not accept any liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for any act or omission of those advertisers (resorts) including their failure to provide a service whether through their negligence or otherwise.
  2.   We do not make any representation about the standard of the services to be provided by third parties, and we accept no liability in that regard.
  3.   We do not accept any liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for any injury, losses, expenses, delays or inconvenience suffered by you in connection with your booking or your travel services, caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part or unless our liability is prescribed by legislation which cannot be excluded.
  4.   Where our liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount that you have paid for your services.


Modification of terms

  1.   We may modify our terms and conditions without notice at any time where such amendment does not substantially affect your rights and obligations. If such changes to our terms and conditions substantially affect your rights and obligations we will notify you by email of these changes as they occur.
  2.   Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make a booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions of each offer which are located on the advertising page and in the checkout and purchasing process.

Governing law

  1. These terms will be governed by the laws of Delaware for US and Canadian Customers and New South Wales, Australia and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
