Lombok International Airport is approximately 58 kilometres from the resort. Shuttle and vehicle hire services are available; contact the resort in advance to arrange your transfer.

The Gili Islands — Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air — sit just off the northwest coast of Lombok and are easily reached by private boat. The resort concierge can arrange transfers on request.

Nipah Bay sits on Lombok's quieter northwest coast, away from the island's more developed southern beaches. The area is known for its calm, clear waters, proximity to the Gili Islands, and unobstructed views toward the volcanic interior. It attracts travellers looking for a more secluded alternative to busier parts of Lombok or Bali.

Dining at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens is self-contained, with three on-site venues — L'Angelo Bianco, The Majesty Restaurant & Wine Bar, and the Secret Beach Swim-up Bar — covering everything from casual beachside meals to fine dining. The resort's Anywhere, Anytime Dining service means there's no need to venture further afield.

The resort sits directly on Nipah Bay, a white-sand beachfront property with immediate beach access. For day trips, the white sands of Selong Belanak and the unique Pink Beach on Lombok's southeast coast are popular excursions the concierge can assist with arranging.

The resort offers a beachfront swimming pool with swim-up bar, the Secret Spa, a fitness centre, yoga classes on the oceanfront deck, and a full activity programme including canoe, kayak and snorkelling hire. The concierge team can arrange off-site experiences including reef diving, catamaran charters, helicopter tours and Gili Island boat trips. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, along with 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping, laundry service, tour desk, and bicycle rental.

The resort has three venues. L'Angelo Bianco is the open-air beachside restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, with a focus on fresh local seafood and international cuisine. The Majesty Restaurant & Wine Bar offers a more refined dining experience with a curated premium wine list, open to both in-house guests and walk-in diners. The Secret Beach Swim-up Bar serves cocktails, wines, beers and tapas throughout the day. An Anywhere, Anytime Dining service also allows food and drinks to be delivered to your suite, terrace, poolside, or anywhere else across the resort.

The resort's beach and water activities — including canoe, kayak and snorkelling — are suitable for older children. The Secret Spa also offers the Angel Bliss for Young treatment, designed for junior guests aged 6 to 13. Children aged 0–5 stay free sharing a bed with parents; a baby cot is available on request, subject to availability. Additional charges apply for children aged 6 and over.

Yes. The Secret Spa operates the Hanging Gardens Spa Collection, open daily from 10am to 10pm. Treatments blend Indonesian healing traditions with contemporary wellness practice and include full-body rituals, flower baths, facials, and Balinese massage. Advance booking is recommended. A welcome massage for 2 persons is included in this package.

Once your voucher is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a link to complete your date reservation online. Bookings can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All dates are subject to availability at the time of reservation, so booking early is recommended

Yes. This offer is not available for travel during the following periods:

* 1 July–30 September 2026,

* 9–11 October 2026,

* 20 December 2026–5 January 2027.

All other dates within the voucher validity are available subject to resort availability.

A deposit of AU $180 is payable today to secure your voucher. The balance is paid directly to the resort and is due in full at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Two rate periods apply: AU $1,300 for arrivals between 1 May–30 June 2026, and AU $1,395 for arrivals between 1 October 2026–30 June 2027. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are charged at 100% of the room rate. No-shows attract the same charge.
